Key Responsibilities: •In-depth Product Expertise: Maintain an extensive understanding of our diverse product range, including finishes, design options, pricing, and terms. Your expertise will be pivotal in swiftly addressing customer inquiries and facilitating informed decisions.

•Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads, engaging them with compelling presentations and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed bookings. •Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through active followups, arranging meetings, and collaborating with our design team to propose tailored solutions that lead to successful conversions.

•Trust Building: Establish and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to person throughout the design and decision-making process.

•Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brigade Plus team post-booking to guide clients through the design process, ensuring seamless coordination and a satisfactory conclusion.

•Experience in residential or interior sales or support is highly desirable.
