CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Experience: 1+ years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time

Education: Any Graduate

Working Mode: Mon-Sat

Working Hours: 10AM -7PM

Domain- BFSI (good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries across calls, emails, and chat channels.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert assistance and guidance in the Finance/Mutual Funds domain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Support (voice, email, and chat).
  • Strong understanding of the Finance Domain, especially Mutual Funds (mandatory).
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
