Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Identifying key business opportunities in the domestic segment.
  • Development of new customer and sectors for domestic business. Analyze and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement.
  • Achieve target revenues & optimizing sales effort.
  • Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received.
  • Maintain long-term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization.
  • Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry.

Operational Responsibilities :-

  • To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
  • Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
  • Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers.

People Management: -

  • Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.
  • Coordination with Team Members.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Regular Graduate.
  • Preferable MBA in Marketing & Sales.

Experiences

  • 6+ Years in the domain of Logistics & Supply chain Sales, Operations & Key Accounts Management.
