Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Interior Designer will contribute to the design of high-end residential and hospitality projects, from concept development through detailed design and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing interior layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and developing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) schemes aligned with project concepts. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams, producing construction drawings and documentation, and supporting 3D visualization and presentations for clients. The Interior Designer will participate in design reviews, ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards, and help maintain VGPA’s design language and brand consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for luxury residential and hospitality environments.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Detailing and its integration with interior concepts and detailing.
• Candidates should possess the ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
• Candidates should possess experience in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate design concepts into buildable solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Experience with luxury projects, sustainable design principles, and on-site coordination is an advantage.
