Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Udupi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts for commercial and residential spaces, preparing design proposals, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, creating detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and ensuring designs comply with functional, aesthetic, and safety standards. The role involves site visits for measurements and inspections, monitoring work progress, and liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and adjust plans based on feedback and budget constraints.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills focused on functional, aesthetic, and user-centric environments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and translate concepts into buildable plans.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, and equipment that align with design standards and budget.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in commercial or residential interior projects.
- Strong communication, client presentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
