Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Gurugram, with compensation up to 5 LPA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for residential projects, from conceptualization and space planning through detailed drawings and on-site coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring timely project execution within budget and quality standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also guide junior designers, maintain project documentation, and uphold brand design guidelines while delivering a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture for residential projects.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning to optimize layouts and enhance functionality.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and décor.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D tools) and MS Office is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in residential interior projects and on-site execution, ideally in a senior or lead designer capacity.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
