Studio Noya is a Pune based interior and architecture practice located in Sopan Baug, creating spaces rooted in emotion, detail, and quiet character.

Right now, this is a one person studio led closely by the principal architect and intentionally so. Every project is designed, detailed, and executed with full involvement and zero dilution.

We’re now in a phase of growth, and the first few people who join will play a key role in shaping not just projects, but the studio itself.

We work across residential, commercial, and institutional spaces focusing on functional, timeless design with strong attention to detail and on-site execution.

Why This Role is Not for Everyone

This is not a “hide behind your screen and make drawings” job.

And it’s definitely not a large firm where you’re doing one tiny part of a project for months.

Here, you will:

• Work directly with the principal architect, every single day
• Be involved in everything from concept sketches to site chaos
• Take on real responsibility early (yes, it can get intense)
• Learn faster than you would in a structured, layered firm
• Be expected to think, not just follow instructions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (and similar tools)
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative
• Willingness to take responsibility and learn 
• Based in Pune and comfortable with frequent site visits
