Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruiter at Judge India Solutions located in India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Experience

3 to 8 years of US Staffing experience with prior Aerospace or Telecom experience

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
• Strong hands-on experience in Engineering sector
• Experience in Aerospace & Telecom domain is required
• Interviewing and recruitment process management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers
• Knowledge of different recruiting techniques and best practices
