Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and game teams to understand key performance metrics and user behaviour.
• Support the development of dashboards and automated reports to help track KPIs.
• Assist in evaluating A/B experiments and analyzing product feature performance.
• Perform deep dives on specific business problems and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and coverage.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn from real-world product data.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel).
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation is a plus.
• Experience with Python or statistical tools is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and curiosity to ask the "why" behind the data.
