Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions. In this role, you'll dive into large data sets, visualize performance trends, and provide recommendations that influence business growth and efficiency. The position involves leveraging data analysis to optimise business processes, drive client account growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyse data to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Design data-driven dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and trends.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into data solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations to guide product, marketing, and operations strategies.
Support forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis across departments.
Present insights clearly using visualizations and storytelling techniques for executive audiences.
Analyse client payment data to identify opportunities for process optimisation, enhancing revenue realisation and minimising financial exposure associated with delayed payments.
Contribute to increasing business from existing clients.
Help reduce manual effort for teams involved in client management and finance operations, leading to savings in manhours.
Monitor key business metrics.
Highlight any concerns/red flags and optimise opportunities to senior management for business growth.
Develop tailored strategies for accounts to expand their service use and drive high growth.
Understand friction points stopping account growth.
Work with Risk to open additional scope.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in business or data analysis.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business value.
Strong communication skills for conveying insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for quick data analysis.
