Responsibilities/Tasks (include but are not limited to the following):


  • Analyze claims and determine their eligibility under applicable policies and regulations.


  • Provide claims settlement recommendations.


  • Inform clients if claims are accepted and how payments will be distributed.


  • Organize payments to clients/partners and repair or replace missing items.


  • Ensure all inquiries and payments are handled promptly.


  • Contact independent experts in case of disputes and attend dispute tribunals.


  • Develop proposals for new car insurance policies to meet the evolving needs of potential clients.


  • Ensure customer complaints are reviewed and addressed effectively.


  • Participate in the car insurance contract process.


  • Issue/renew insurance policies.


  • Handle incoming and outgoing insurance-related calls.


  • Stay updated on insurance-related regulations and bylaws issued by the Saudi Central Bank and other relevant authorities.


  • Ensure receipt of mandatory supporting documents required for claims settlement.


  • Any other duties related to the position and contributing to the company's overall objectives.


Job Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


Skills:


  • Time management and organizational skills.


  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Negotiation and agreement-making skills.


Knowledge:


  • English language.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Experience:


  • One year of experience in a related field.
