This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Mobilizer based in Rourkela. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with local communities to foster relationships, building and maintaining partnerships, addressing community needs, and enhancing accessibility to HIREKARMA's resources. The role involves facilitating communication, organizing community programs, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the organization. Other responsibilities include understanding local dynamics, resolving concerns, and promoting the company’s mission to drive meaningful impact.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to foster relationships effectively
• Proven experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Effective Communication skills to interact with diverse community members
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address concerns and support community needs
• Passion for creating a positive impact in the community and working collaboratively with team members
• Understanding of local community dynamics and existing networks is a plus
• Proficiency in English and local languages is highly valued
• Relevant educational qualifications in Social Work, Public Relations, or similar fields are preferred
