The role focuses on planning and coordinating orientation programs, workshops, and seminars, while effectively communicating value propositions to academic stakeholders. You will act as a key link between institutions and internal teams, helping expand reach, awareness, and enrollments through strong relationship management and clear communication.

- Identify, engage, and onboard schools and colleges for institutional collaborations
- Coordinate and schedule orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops with academic institutions
- Present program offerings clearly and persuasively to students, faculty, and administrators
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in institutions
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and outcomes to ensure consistent pipeline growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals
- Support enrollment growth through targeted institutional engagement initiatives
- Proven interest or experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident presentation abilities
- Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to engage diverse academic stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple outreach activities
- Goal-oriented attitude with a focus on growth and impact
