About the Job:

CoverYou is looking for a dynamic Insurance Consultant to manage and grow relationships with our existing retained clients. This is an inside sales role focused on client retention, policy renewals, and consultative selling. The ideal candidate will understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance and policy coverage, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with already retained clients via calls and virtual interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive policy renewals and ensure high client retention.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance and policy coverage.
• Provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and coverage details.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Achieve assigned renewal and retention targets.

Qualification and skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in EdTech or Insurance (sales, retention, or customer-facing roles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric and consultative selling approach.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven inside sales environment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
