Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD drawings for architectural, structural, and civil layouts.
• Preparation of CADD Drawings for Buildings / Roads / Land / FMB Etc.,
• Detailing of Re-Bar & Interior drawings.
• Hands-on experience with DTCP, RERA, and CMDA approval drawings for layouts and local body submissions
• MEP drawing preparation
• Assist in surveying, layout marking, and quantity estimation.
• Assist senior engineers on site activities and issues
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in design work.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Sriperumbudur.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
