Job Description

Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join us as Lead Generation Specialists. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and building business opportunities. You will learn how to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients through digital platforms and outbound strategies while working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads across various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and social platforms).
  • Assist in creating and executing lead generation campaigns via email, calls, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate information.
  • Support the sales team in qualifying leads and setting up meetings.
  • Learn and use CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads and maintain pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content-driven campaigns and social outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine lead generation approaches.

Key Requirements

✅ 3 to 8 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (Freshers are welcome).

✅ Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business growth.

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn, cold emailing, or telecalling is a plus (training will be provided).

✅ Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Super Advantage (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

  • Prior internship or experience in IT/software sales or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of global markets (US, UK, APAC) outreach.
  • Exposure to marketing tools (Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
