Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – D2C
Experience: 0–5 Years
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (D2C) to manage outbound sales, convert leads into orders, and support online sales growth. The role involves daily customer interaction via calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms, ensuring excellent customer experience and high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries from website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces
- Make outbound calls to convert leads and follow up on abandoned carts and repeat purchases
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM / Excel
- Support online campaigns, offers, and flash sales
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or D2C sales
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp selling, and follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in pet care, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands
