Inside Sales Manager -- Industrial Manufacturer (36241)

An industrial manufacturer in the Erlanger, KY area is seeking an Inside Sales Manager responsible for leading and supporting its sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead inside sales team
• Manage daily operations as it relates to sales and customer needs
• Provide quotes based on customer specifications
• Use CRM and ERP systems to track pricing, inventory and customer information
• Coordinate with outside sales team on inventory control, pricing and customer service
• Resolve related issues quickly and accurately

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience overseeing an inside sales team
• Prefer experience with metal industry and manufacturing
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
