We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be confident interacting with customers over the phone, and have a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Identify customer requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects through regular follow-ups.

Customer Engagement

  • Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs and introduce suitable products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Sales Support

  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Share basic product information with prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead handover.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Update lead status and follow-up activities regularly.
  • Prepare basic sales activity reports and track progress against targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical background is an advantage).
  • 1+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Confident in making outbound cold calls and engaging with prospective customers.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.


Preferred

  • Experience in B2C, B2B sales, or lead generation.
  • Exposure to electronics, technology, or industrial products is preferred but not mandatory.
