We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives / Sales Engineers to join our growing Industrial Equipment division. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving industrial process challenges, and building long-term business relationships.

This is a hybrid role involving field visits, customer meetings, dealer interactions and remote follow-ups.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify, approach and convert potential industrial customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Lead Management
  • Handle inbound enquiries and generate new leads.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Reactivate inactive customers and strengthen existing relationships.
Dealer & Channel Management
  • Support existing dealers and channel partners.
  • Share technical brochures, quotations and product specifications.
  • Coordinate order follow-ups and customer communication.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Submit weekly sales reports covering visits, leads and orders.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or related engineering disciplines.
  • Freshers with strong interest in industrial sales are welcome to apply.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, Zoom and other business communication tools.
