Job Overview

Broz Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to manage campaigns from concept to performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creators
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, pricing, and timelines
  • Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and paid media teams to ensure campaign success
  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics
    • Strong organisational and project management skills
