The VENDO team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our

fast-growing team! This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about

creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing and eager to grow their skills in a hands-on,

collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and curious, with some experience (through internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles) supporting influencer or social media

marketing campaigns and working with creator-generated content.

Job Description

The Creator Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in executing influencer and affiliate

marketing strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC with the goals of driving sales and producing highly engaging creator-generated content. This position blends creativity, research, and organization, and is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in creator marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Brief Support: Assist in creating clear and engaging creative briefs for

influencer campaigns by researching brands, competitors, and trends on TikTok and

Instagram. Help develop content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests.

  • Creator Research & Vetting: Research potential creators and influencers to support

campaign planning. Evaluate creators based on content style, engagement, audience fit,

and brand alignment to help identify strong partners.

  • Performance & Campaign Insights: Support basic analysis of creator performance

using metrics such as engagement, reach, and Earned Media Value (EMV). Learn how

influencer content can impact broader performance indicators over time.

  • Content Review & Compliance: Review creator content to ensure it follows brand

guidelines and required disclosures. Share feedback with the team to help improve content

quality, clarity, and authenticity.

  • Project Coordination & Communication: Help keep campaigns on track by supporting

timelines, communicating updates, and assisting with common challenges such as content

revisions, delays, or shipping issues. Maintain clear and professional communication with

internal teams and creators.

Experience

Required:

  • Some experience with influencer or affiliate marketing (internships, freelance, or

entry-level roles)

  • Exposure to user-generated or creator-generated content
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Ability to write or assist with creative briefs or content outlines
