Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective learners, provide personalized academic solutions, and drive successful enrollments through effective counseling and consultative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student inquiries and follow up on leads (database provided)
• Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollments and achieve sales targets
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions and program presentations
• Assess student needs and align suitable educational programs with career goals
• Present offerings confidently and address queries or objections professionally
• Build long-term relationships through empathetic and consultative communication
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progress
• Share weekly performance and sales reports with management
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction to improve referrals and retention
• Stay updated with new programs and industry trends

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling or outbound sales (EdTech preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and empathetic personality
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with good problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
