Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and shortlisting suitable creators, coordinating outreach and negotiations, and managing day-to-day communication between brand teams and influencers. The coordinator will support campaign planning, assist in developing detailed briefs, and ensure timely content delivery and approvals. Responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, maintaining accurate reports, and updating internal databases and dashboards. The role also requires close collaboration with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to refine influencer selections, optimize live campaigns, and ensure a smooth end-to-end execution process.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
- Skills in project coordination, campaign tracking, and maintaining organized workflows and documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage influencer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, prepare basic performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery tools, CRM platforms, or marketing dashboards is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an agency, influencer network, or creator-focused startup is an advantage.
