Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work, for an Industrial Sales Engineer. The individual in this role will develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide sales expertise for our products and services. Key responsibilities include conducting customer meetings, driving business development efforts, and offering technical solutions to client challenges. The role also requires coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions that meet customer safety and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management
• Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
• Familiarity with Industrial safety & its applications in industrial environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety solutions, technical products, or engineering systems is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in engineering, business, or a related field
