Job Description

The candidate is expected to work with a set of manufacturing industries.
He should have experience in selling industrial products like Industrial Adhesives & Tapes.
Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal.
He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation & closing of sales for Products assigned, including Customer Service, Order Management, payment collections etc..
Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, Shall be responsible for the P&L for the product group assigned.
He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines
Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with good Techno-Commercial skills
Good command over spoken and written English,Tamil, Kannada & Telugu
Conducting trials & demonstrations at customer machines and providing the right manufacturing solutions to the customers.
Maintaining relations with customers and conduct customer presentations.
Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and Trouble Shooting activities.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
2-10 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably in Industrial Adhesives & Tapes.
Fluent in English, Kannada & Telugu - Read/Write/Speak
To be based in below locations - Hosur, Karnataka
Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka)
Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation.
