Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in New Delhi & NCR. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical consultation and support to clients, developing and delivering sales presentations, and offering customized IT infrastructure solutions.

Daily tasks will involve understanding client needs, collaborating with technical teams to create tailored proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to drive B2B solution sales and expand our presence across North India.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development & revenue growth in Data Center & IT Infrastructure domain
  • Understand client requirements and deliver customized technical solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations & site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams for BOQ, proposals & solution design
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation β†’ proposal β†’ negotiation β†’ closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & partners
πŸ”Ή What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–5 years in IT Infrastructure / Data Center / Electrical / ELV / DCIM sales
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Mechanical)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • UPS Systems & Power Infrastructure
  • Data Center & Server Room Solutions
  • Electrical Panels & Cabling
  • Fire & Security Systems
  • BMS / DCIM / Networking
  • Ability to understand technical drawings & specifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation & client handling skills
  • Experience in B2B solution selling & enterprise accounts
  • Existing network with corporates/consultants (preferred)
