Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Immigration Counsellor. The role involves providing guidance and consultation to clients regarding visa applications, eligibility, and required documentation. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing immigration and visa-related documentation, coordinating with legal teams or relevant authorities, and ensuring that all processes are followed in a timely and compliant manner. The Immigration Counsellor will also stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including effective client interaction and the ability to explain complex information in a clear manner
• Generate leads through telecalling and counselling.
• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
• Close sales by handling clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork in dynamic and fast-paced environments
