Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Germany Opportunity Card applications and visa processing.
• Assess client profiles and determine immigration eligibility.
• Guide clients on documentation requirements and application procedures.
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications with accuracy.
• Maintain and manage client records and case documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Provide regular updates and professional support to clients throughout the process.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, documentation requirements, and process changes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in immigration or visa processing.
• Experience in handling Germany Opportunity Card applications is highly preferred.
• Experience in Australia PR and/or Canada PR processing will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of immigration documentation, application procedures, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online documentation systems.

This position is strictly for candidates with prior immigration or visa processing experience. Applications from candidates with experience only in Customer Support, BPO, Sales, Recruitment, Banking, or General Operations/Administration will not be considered.
