Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, hiring initiatives, and onboarding of new team members. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, overseeing talent management, providing employee training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing organizational development, team support, and performance appraisals to sustain an inclusive, productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and employee coaching skills
• Sound knowledge of labor regulations, performance management, and training program development
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate teams, and establish a positive organizational culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
