Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from recruiting to offer rollout
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and role requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals and vendors.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Managing the HRMS Portal for employee onboarding and other related activities.
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
- Support bulk hiring for retail stores, warehouse, factory, and head quarters.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Business Administration
· Exposure to hiring for sales, retail, operations or corporate roles
· Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
· Have previously worked on the HRMS portal.
· Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and meeting hiring timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹188,524.17 - ₹350,000.00 per year
