Role Description

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will facilitate training programs, address employee concerns, and work collaboratively with leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding expertise
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related software
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role; prior experience in the BPO or digital marketing industry is a plus
