Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Mysore. The role involves managing various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing personnel processes. The specialist will support HR management initiatives, ensure compliance with workplace regulations, and foster a positive and productive work environment through continuous employee engagement and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Open to new MBAs.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and expertise in implementing and maintaining them
• Skills in Employee Benefits management and ensuring competitive employee offerings
• Proficiency in Personnel Management and fostering employee satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in HR roles is preferred
