We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to support our client servicing and account management team. This remote internship is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are keen to gain hands-on experience in client communication, relationship management, and day-to-day business operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of deliverables, clear communication, and consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
This opportunity provides valuable exposure to how organizations manage client relationships, monitor performance, and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day communication with assigned clients through emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
Assist senior account managers with client onboarding and gathering, documenting, and understanding client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and delivery to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
Prepare basic reports, status updates, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and documentation.
Help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities by understanding client goals and business needs.
Respond to basic client queries and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure quick resolution.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Basic understanding of business operations, sales, or client servicing concepts.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email communication tools.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to account management, client servicing, sales, or customer success roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
