Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, and employee engagement. They will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role includes collaborating with diverse teams, handling employee relations, and implementing initiatives that support the growth and success of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee Onboarding
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Development, and Training Coordination
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law Regulations
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Experience in Employee Engagement and Building a Positive Workplace Culture
  • Capability in Strategizing HR Initiatives to Align with Business Goals
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Data Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • Previous experience in managing HR functions in the advertising or creative industries is advantageous
