Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, such as recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, overseeing hiring processes, and maintaining organizational culture.

Qualifications

• HR Management and recruitment knowledge, including hiring processes and compliance requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Experience.
• Experience in employee engagement and performance management. Manage and keep a record of Leave and absence.
• Experience in the real estate background is a plus
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
