We are seeking a skilled Engineering Performance Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on engineering performance data, as well as managing and improving the existing reporting artifacts to guide organizational improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI. This role will work closely with R&D Business Partners in supporting monthly Software Development Performance reporting.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's performance and drive data-informed decision-making across our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement in engineering performance
• Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for the organization
• Design and implement data visualization solutions using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies for business-critical solutions
• Lead process modeling and translate requirements into actionable designs
• Proactively stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse teams for prioritization and fulfillment of reporting adjustments and optimizations
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences
• Experience in business analysis, process optimization, or IT solution implementation
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems using existing solutions and new perspectives
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the engineering or technology sector
• Familiarity with Software Development LifeCycle
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud-based data solutions
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international and agile-based environment
• Excellent analytical skills with focus on building excellence in software engineering
• Understanding KPIs, baseline performance references and market performance standards
