Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will lead recruitment efforts, develop HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role includes overseeing performance management systems, organizing training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will play an essential role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to support organizational growth. Collaboration with various departments to drive talent engagement and productivity is also a key aspect of this position.

• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and expertise in Related Compliances

• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a positive work culture and manage change effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
