Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, and implement HR policies and procedures. They will contribute to organizational development by driving employee engagement, managing performance reviews, and facilitating training programs. Additionally, they will ensure regulatory compliance, handle conflict resolution, and oversee payroll and benefits administration. This role will require close collaboration with leadership and other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

• Proficiency in HR management tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
