Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Udaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The role involves talent acquisition, maintaining compliance with labor laws, guiding employee relations, and providing strategic input to support organizational growth. Reporting to leadership, the HR Manager will also play a key part in shaping company culture and facilitating professional development.

Qualifications
  • Human Resource Operations: Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and ensuring compliance within the organization.
  • Communication and Mediation: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to manage employee relations effectively.
  • Leadership and Strategy: Proven ability to contribute to strategic planning, leadership development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HR software, tools, and platforms to manage workflows and employee information effectively.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving ability with an analytical approach to HR challenges and decision-making.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
