Human Resources Manager Intern

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Manager. The intern will assist in managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting in development and execution of HR policies, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, you will help manage performance processes and contribute to employee development programs. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with a dynamic and innovative team while gaining hands-on HR experience in the emerging tech industry.

• Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience with performance management and employee development initiatives is a plus

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
