Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance HR operations at our Kochi location. This role is critical in driving recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution to build a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Performance Management & Employee DevelopmentDesign and implement performance appraisal systems
- Create training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Drive engagement, retention, and career growth initiatives
- HR Policies & ComplianceDevelop and maintain HR policies aligned with labor laws and best practices
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and minimize HR risks
- Handle employee grievances and foster a transparent work culture
- Compensation & BenefitsOversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive structures
- Benchmark salary structures to remain competitive in the market
- Develop recognition and reward programs
- HR Strategy & Organizational DevelopmentAlign HR strategies with business goals and growth plans

- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
- RequirementsMasterβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience in automotive or e-commerce industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage workplace dynamics
