Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Executive to join our team at She Can Foundation. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. Your knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Excel, along with strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
