Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and minutes of meetings
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and follow up as required
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and confidential discussions
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
  • Assist in planning events, off-sites, and leadership engagements
  • Support strategic initiatives, research, and special projects as assigned
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
  • Prior experience supporting CXOs / senior leadership is an advantage
