We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Partnerships Executive who can build strong relationships with doctors, generate patient referrals, and support local marketing activities to grow our clinic and at-home physiotherapy services in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities

Doctor & Referral Partnerships

• Visit doctors, physicians, hospitals, communities and clinics regularly
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships
• Explain Rehabb Care’s physiotherapy services clearly and confidently
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with referring doctors

Patient Acquisition

• Convert doctor referrals into clinic and at-home physiotherapy bookings
• Coordinate with patients and the clinic team for appointments
• Track leads and follow-ups systematically

On-Ground Marketing

• Distribute flyers in apartments, clinics, hospitals, and residential areas
• Help set up stalls at health camps, societies, and local events
• Support small marketing campaigns as required

Reporting & Coordination

• Share daily/weekly updates on visits, leads, and conversions
• Work closely with the clinic team and management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years experience in medical sales / healthcare sales / diagnostics / clinic marketing
• Comfortable with field work and doctor interactions
• Good communication skills in Telugu and English
• Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
• Willing to handle on-ground work (flyers, stalls, camps)
