Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: On-site

Experience Required: 2–4 Years


Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional who can handle recruitment along with office management responsibilities. The candidate should have prior on-site working experience and must be capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
  • Manage 2–3 hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain hiring timelines.
  • Conduct initial HR rounds and maintain candidate records.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and coordination.
  • Maintain employee attendance, documentation, and records.
  • Support employee engagement and office discipline.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle basic administrative and HR operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in an on-site office environment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and HR tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling bulk or multiple-role hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
