Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting employees across the organization in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, managing attendance and leave records, and coordinating performance review processes. The role also involves administering employee benefits, supporting payroll-related inputs, and responding to HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner. The HR Generalist will assist in employee engagement initiatives, help ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and collaborate with management to support workforce planning and HR reporting.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR operations role.
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies, including designing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures.
- Experience working with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including documentation and query resolution.
- Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT, software products, or fintech companies is preferred but not mandatory.
