Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, seamless employee onboarding, and planning engaging HR initiatives. This role requires the ability to multitask, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll input preparation to support seamless payroll operations.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and execute HR engagement and employee wellness activities to build a positive culture.
  • Assist in HR policy formulation, implementation, and communication.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support performance management and feedback processes.
  • Contribute to building scalable HR systems and processes.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Creative mindset for planning engaging HR activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
