Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Junior HR Manager will handle recruitment processes, employee relations, onboarding, and training programs. Responsibilities also include supporting payroll administration, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and implementing HR policies. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Applicant Screening, and Interviewing
• Knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training & Development
• Understanding of HR Policies, Labor Regulations, and Compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with teams
• Proficiency in using HR software or tools
• Previous experience in a similar role or internships in HR is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
