Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a growing media and technology-focused organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mangaluru and involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management activities, handling employee relations, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will ensure accurate HR documentation, manage attendance and leave records, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes coordinating HR compliance activities and contributing to HR process improvements that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Experience with Employee Relations, supporting conflict resolution, engagement, and a respectful workplace environment.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that align with local regulations and organizational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in a corporate or startup environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Comfort working in a dynamic digital marketing and media production setting, with adaptability to evolving business needs.
